Favourable Business Environment in Bijeljina Confirmed by Certificate
Bijeljina has once again reaffirmed its status as a local community with a favourable business environment. At the regional “Core Days” conference in Belgrade, the Business Friendly Community South East Europe (BFC SEE) certificate was presented to Radoslav Ostojić, Adviser to the Mayor of Bijeljina.
The conference gathered more than fifty panellists from Serbia, Sweden, Slovenia, Greece, Romania, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Albania, and is considered one of the most significant regional events dedicated to economic development and modern investment practices.
Receiving the BFC SEE certificate represents an important recognition for the City of Bijeljina, which has met demanding standards in the areas of business climate, efficiency of local administration, and support for investors.
By obtaining this certificate, local communities become recognisable to investors as safe and reliable partners, while simultaneously strengthening local administration, improving infrastructure, increasing visibility within regional investment flows, and enhancing cooperation with the business sector — all of which jointly foster sustainable economic growth and the creation of new jobs.
The BFC SEE programme is implemented by the Regional Network for a Favourable Business Environment in South East Europe, which comprises more than twenty participating institutions.
