Section for treasury performs the following jobs:

• participation in preparation of the City budget balance, and monitoring its execution by all consumer units;
• coordination of work with the Ministry of Finance related to performing and developing treasury operations;
• reception and control of forms for treasury operations, data entry and keeping auxiliary books and the main book of the City treasury;
• consolidation and harmonization of bookkeeping records between the City treasury and budget beneficiaries / consumer units;
• preparation of periodic and annual financial reports of the City, in accordance with the rulebook and reporting standards;
• development and application of accounting methodology in accordance with the requirements of international accounting standards and regulations;
• distribution and creation of treasury reports in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance;
• payments on all grounds;
• control of regularity and legality of budget funds use from the point of view of treasury operations, including all consumer units;
• preparation of all procedures related to treasury operations, other procedures, and monitoring their execution;
• posting other special purpose accounts;
• opening and closing accounts, initiating orders for selection of banks, including preparation of special part of tender documentation;
• sorting and keeping documentation pursuant to regulations;
• other jobs ordered by the Mayor and the Head of Department.
