Section for administrative legal affairs and protection of beneficiaries performs the following jobs:

• administrative and other jobs to determine the status and rights of beneficiaries of war veterans and disabled persons;
• ensuring health and social care for the beneficiaries;
• participation in solving residential and other needs of beneficiaries, pursuant to the law, other regulations and documents of the City authorities;
• ensuring the payment of monthly reimbursements to the beneficiaries, in accordance with the regulations;
• keeping records and issuing certificates on the facts contained in the program for electronic data processing, and records about people who completed military service and about material-technical resources, pursuant to the law and other regulations;
• other jobs related to the system of protection of veterans and disabled persons in the territory of the City of Bijeljina.
