Section for urbanism and documentation
Section for urbanism and documentation performs the following expert and administrative jobs under the competence of the Department of Spatial Planning:
- preparation and adoption of spatial planning documentation and development plans;
- providing information to citizens related to the options for building in individual locations in accordance with the adopted plans (excerpts from the plans);
- conducting procedures until decisions are made according to applications for issuance of location requirements and other acts under the competence of the Section;
- preparation of record on field inspection, staking out the building and compliance of excavation and foundation with the record of staking out;
- preparation of City decisions related to urbanism and building (under the competence of the Section);
- maintenance and updating of GIS database;
- providing parties with information related to the scope of work of the Section, and other jobs emerging in its work;
- implementation of tasks defined in the City Development Strategy and other plans and programmes in the scope of work of the Section, especially:
- participation in the planning process, collection and delivery of statistical and other data from their scope of work, analysis of conditions in the areas of the scope of work;
- preparation of information from the scope of work needed to make the City Development Strategy implementation plan and participation in its preparation;
- monitoring the projects implementation and preparation of information and reports on the progress of implementation of the project in their scope of work;
- other jobs ordered by the Mayor and the Head of Department, or other jobs placed in their scope of work by special documents.
